improved transport links as the <a title=\"Metrolink Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.metrolink.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Metrolink<\/a> line faces major expansions after the <a title=\"GMPTE Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gmpte.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive<\/a> (GMPTE) appointed a construction company to carry out a &#126;575 million project last month.\u00a0 The development will see the tram network nearly double in size, greatly improving public transport links to the Greater Manchester areas and, it is hoped, reduce central city congestion.<\/p>\n<p>As a result Greater Manchester is expected to benefit from a substantial business <a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kingsway-bus-ctr.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-47\" title=\"kingsway-bus-ctr\" src=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/kingsway-bus-ctr.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>and economy boost.\u00a0\u00a0 And, with vastly improved links making life far easier for commuters, as well as square foot prices averaging considerably less than those of central city areas, suburbs would appear set to become attractive locations for further <a title=\"Serviced Offices in Manchester\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lastminuteoffices.com\/serviced-offices-in.asp?city=540\" target=\"_blank\">Serviced<\/a> and <a title=\"Conventional Leases Manchester\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">Traditional<\/a> Office sites, both within town centres and as part of out of town schemes like Rochdale&#8217;s Kingsway Business Chorlton, Oldham Mumps, <a title=\"Serviced Offices Rochdale\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">Rochdale<\/a> and <a title=\"Serviced Offices Droylsden\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">Droylsden<\/a>, with work expected to commence at the start of 2009 and completion within 2
