Work that has resulted in the move up to 23rd in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Business Environment&#8217;s Managing Director, David Saul, commented &#8220;I am delighted to be announcing the appointment of our new Human Resources Director &#8211; Nazia Ahmed.<\/p>\n<p>Nazia joined us in 2009 and has developed a number of our team strategies that have supported our business during the difficult times of the last few years. Nazia will continue this excellent work and help develop our strategies further to help us recruit and train the very best people to support our clients&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Nazia originally joined Business Environment in a temporary position and was appointed as the Human Resources Manager for the group later in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>With the lowest staff turnover in the service sector Business Environment continues to lead the way with the retention of excellent people to support their clients.
