centre manager Kay Price who told us a little bit about Clarendon&#8217;s plans for the centre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0908abbey2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-504\" title=\"s_0908abbey2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0908abbey2-150x130.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a>The operators have a rather extensive list of refurbishments planned for the property.\u00a0 Work is to include improvements to toilet facilities, an overhaul of the reception area to include lighting, flooring and overall styling, an upgrade of the communal areas to include lighting and flooring as well as an extension of the centre&#8217;s meeting room facilities with the addition or at least one further &#8220;interview&#8220; room.\u00a0 Kay told us &#8220;The centre will have various refurbishments to improve the look of the building and become more in line with the high standard of the other Clarendon Enterprise centres.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Clarendon will have pressure from local competition with a number of Serviced Office providers operating from nearby properties.\u00a0 I asked Kay what it was about their property that made them stand out from the crowd.\u00a0 She told me that Abbey House benefits from a fantastic business location, situated within easy reach of the town&#8217;s amenities including bank and post office facilities.\u00a0 The property also sits within a picturesque setting with an old church to the rear, and historic buildings to the front, of the property.\u00a0 Kay commented &#8220;We felt although there are quite a few other Serviced Office providers in Bracknell we all have something different to offer, being in such a key location and within easy reach of both the M4 and M3, feel we can make Clarendon as successful in Bracknell as our centres in Oxford and Bournemouth.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Now that the regeneration of Bracknell&#8217;s pedestrianised town centre has been given the green
