The building was renovated last year by owners Mapeley to create open plan <a title=\"Serviced Offices\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">offices<\/a> and a reception area, the total refurbishment cost was &#126;4m. The university will use the space, which is located adjacent to the Hallam campus, as a post-grad teaching facility.
