More than 1700 companies took part in National Customer Service week across the world last year, promoting the high quality treatment of customers and best business practice involving all aspects of customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Avanta boasts a full team of ICS accredited staff members. The operator will be running a number of client-based activities this week in support of the ICS initiative including quizzes, raffles and breakfast \/ coffee mornings.
