\"\"<\/a>Serviced Office <\/a>operator Business Environment is celebrating after its Wembley<\/a> location won the title for Business Centre of the Year at the 2011 BCA awards last Friday.<\/p>\n

It was not a big surprise that the operator was amongst the winners at the ceremony after all three finalists for the category were revealed to be Business Environment centres with Barbican<\/a> and Milton Keynes<\/a> named alongside Wembley. Business Environment has received high praise at the BCA awards over the years, winning no less than five trophies! Business Environment has picked up winners in the same category for centres in Milton Keynes and Bristol Clifton<\/a> in the past and this is the third time that the Wembley offices have taken the title.<\/p>\n

The awards are based upon business excellence taking into account customer service, business values and employee retention. Members of the BCA are responsible for choosing winners together with business centre clients, something that would certainly have helped to put Business Environment in good stead for winning an award this year after the operator revealed such impressive customer survey results recently.<\/p>\n

3,000 clients were surveyed at all 18 of the operator’s business centres across the country back in October with excellent results seeming to leave relatively little room for improvement. 98% of clients said that they would recommend Business Environment to a friend with 92% agreeing that they find their business centre staff friendly and helpful and a further 87% saying that they were satisfied with the day to day service that they received.<\/p>\n

On receiving the BCA award, centre manager for Business Environment Wembley, Sam Samaraweera, commented: “We were competing with such a strong line-up of business centres from across the UK, so were delighted to take home the award. It’s a real thumbs up from the industry, and more importantly from our clients who rank us and our services so highly.“<\/p>\n
