Many companies are choosing to find alternative locations to hold internal and client meetings rather than paying monthly for meeting room space that is only used every so often.<\/p>\n<p>Sales and Marketing Director for Avant, Geraint Evans, commented: &#8220;Businesses are increasingly finding that it is no longer cost-effective to maintain their own &#8211; often largely unused &#8211; meeting rooms and are instead migrating to the high quality meeting room facilities that are available on-demand across all of our business centres.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Avanta offers 90 meeting rooms in locations across the country. They are all non-branded and help to project a professional image. These on demand meeting rooms offer a viable alternative for businesses that are looking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/business-advice-and-news\/how-much-office-space-you-need\">keep office space overheads<\/a> to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p>As part of Avanta&#8217;s ongoing commitment to <a title=\"Sparks Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sparks.org.uk\/\">Children&#8217;s Charity Sparks<\/a>, the operator is also now donating &#126;1 to the Charity for every meeting room booked for 10 delegates or more.
