The operator reported record occupancy levels last year and has said that the expansion is in response to an ongoing surge in demand for <a title=\"Flexible Office Space\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/\">flexible office space<\/a> in central London.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new offices will be housed within a magnificent, grade II listed building located at 4 Cavendish Square, W1. The property underwent an extensive &#126;4m refurbishment three years ago and work is currently underway to bring the offices up to the Avanta standard with the installation of a high capacity IT system. Under a management contract with Barwa Capital (UK) Ltd, Avanta will be offering 130 workstations complimented by a tiered auditorium suitable for up to 32 delegates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chief Executive at Avanta, Alan Pepper, commented: &#8220;This is part of our niche plan for developing and generating income streams for landlords and property owners and follows a similar arrangement at 26 Dover Street. As a London focussed flexible workspace provider we&#8217;ve witnessed high levels of enquiries during the past 12 months and this buoyant market is helping to fuel our expansion plans in the capital.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Barwa Capital&#8217;s Aamir Khan said: &#8220;We looked at a number of possible operators, but chose Avanta for their expertise, straightforward approach and excellent response time.\u00a0 After leaving a message, Avanta&#8217;s founder, David Alberto, called back almost immediately.
