Just two weeks after the contract was signed Avanta had sold 130 workstations; an incredible achievement that is being celebrated as a new record in the company&#8217;s history.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aamir Khan for Barwa Capital commented: &#8220;We are absolutely delighted at how quickly Avanta has managed to lease the building which demonstrates its strong lead flow across the Capital. This is our first experience of working with Avanta on a management agreement basis, however, given the success of this model, we are evaluating additional opportunities for future cooperation.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sales and marketing director at Avanta, Geraint Evans, hailed the recent success at Cavendish Square as an &#8220;outstanding achievement&#8220;. He said: &#8220;Not only is this a record for Avanta, but it also illustrates perfectly how much demand there is for prime West End property. As a London focussed flexible workspace provider we&#8217;ve witnessed high levels of enquiries during the past 12 months and this buoyant market is helping to fuel our continued expansion plans in the Capital.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The business centre at Cavendish Square underwent extensive renovations during 2008 costing &#126;4 million.
