target=\"_blank\">Cardiff<\/a> and the South Wales region appear to be thriving despite the credit crunch.\u00a0 Over 200,000 sq ft of commercial office space deals are currently promising to give a huge boost to current occupancy levels across Cardiff and Newport with <a title=\"British Gas \" href=\"http:\/\/www.britishgas.co.uk\/products-and-services\/energy.html\" target=\"_blank\">British Gas<\/a>, <a title=\"Scottish &amp; Southern Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scottish-southern.co.uk\/SSEInternet\/\" target=\"_blank\">Scottish &amp; Southern<\/a> and <a title=\"Centrica Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centrica.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centrica<\/a> all expected to take space within the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">The market is also set to expand with <a title=\"Welsh Assembly Government\" href=\"http:\/\/new.wales.gov.uk\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">The Welsh Assembly Government<\/a> planning a new mixed-use site located at The Mill, Cowbridge Road West to the West of\u00a0Cardiff.\u00a0 The development is set to be environmentally sustainable and to comprise of over 43,000 sq ft of allocated Commercial Office Space, adding substantially to the current Conventional and Serviced Office space of the Capital City.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p
