The operator will be offering secure, gated parking at what it has described as the cheapest rates available in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The centre will house up to 300 people over three floors. Fit out has already begun on the offices which are currently available for viewings. Citibase has said that it hopes to have the centre ready for business later this month.<\/p>\n<p>Citibase enjoyed continued growth throughout 2011 with the opening of a number of new centres in locations including Chester, Mitcham, Mortlake and Sheffield.
