In this week’s edition of the Estates Gazette<\/a><\/em> it was revealed that the company has plans to make the relocation in 2011, taking 350,000 sq ft of office space in a “bespoke hub of Milton Keynes“. \u00a0<\/span>A real business boost for the area, Milton Keynes has become increasingly popular with relocating companies over recent years and several office business centres have opened in the town centre since the beginning of 2005. <\/span><\/p>\n

From a business address perspective Milton Keynes’ attraction surely lies in its extensive communication links and close proximity to central London, whist remaining outside of the Capital’s overcrowding and congestion problems.\u00a0 <\/span>While the central layout of the Milton Keynes is not to everyone’s liking, with its grid-like structure, no one can deny the ease of navigation through the town.\u00a0 <\/span>In terms of external transport links the M1 motorway provides easy road access to the rest of the UK’s motorway network. Approximately 100 trains run the 40 minute journey every day between Milton Keynes and Euston<\/a> and a direct service runs to Gatwick Airport<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>For companies considering a move to Milton Keynes relocation is easy with a number of prime Serviced Office business centres all based in the town centre. Furthermore, probably the three best quality office space buildings are based pretty much next to one another with some of the biggest UK serviced office companies, including Regus and MWB, all operating from the Midsummer Boulevard.\u00a0 <\/span>The area offers a \"\"<\/a>plethora of restaurants, bars and shops and is a rough 10 minute drive from junction 14 of the M1 motorway and the local train station is located under a mile away, creating an ideal business base.<\/span><\/p>\n
