\"\"<\/a>Serviced Office<\/a> operator Pure Offices has announced that it will now be managing a new business centre in Aylesbury<\/a>, taking its portfolio of flexible office space up to 17 properties.<\/p>\n

The centre is located on Midshires Business Park<\/a>, just one mile from Aylesbury town centre. The 25,000 sq ft building will be undergoing extensive refurbishment works under its new management as Pure Offices works to bring the property in line with the high standards offered at the company’s other business centres.<\/p>\n

The building offers flexible office space for a range of business sizes from start ups through to large blue chip companies. All clients are offered fully serviced office accommodation which can be taken on easy in – easy out licence terms, as well as high speed internet access and cheap telephone calls.<\/p>\n

Jenny Woolford, centre manager at Pure Offices new Aylesbury business centre, commented: “We’re delighted to be part of the Pure Offices portfolio. The refurbishment will both improve our facilities and also allow us the opportunity to offer a wider range of offices sizes, starting from as little as ~84 per week, making Midshires House a very attractive proposition for local businesses“.<\/p>\n
