There are then plans to start a 75,000 sq. ft. project immediately after and a further 100,000 sq. ft. at Callaghan Square pencilled in with work estimated to start before the end of the year, there should be an abundance of Grade A Office Space in Cardiff going forward.<\/p>\n<p>Currently the only premium Cardiff Office Space is at 3 Assembly Square which is part of Aviva&#8217;s Cardiff Waterside scheme in the Bay.
