• Take the A8 towards Munich until A99 towards Salzburg / Munich – East / Deggendorf / A92 / Nürnberg / A9 / A99).
• Take the exit A99 and follow the road down for about 14km.
• Take exit Ifflandstrasse direction “Am Tucherpark”.
• Take the exit 13 towards Kreuz Munich-North and follow the road until A9.
• Stay right and turn left into Franz- Josef-Strauss-Ring - which turns into Karl-Scharnagl-Ring and drive about 350 meters.
• Turn right into Maximilianstrasse.

Coming from Nuernberg (from the airport option 1)

• Take the A9 until the exit 76 – Munich Schwabing towards Munich / A95 / Garmisch P. / Mittlerer-Ring-West.
• Drive onto Isarring (B2R) and leave at exit Petuelring.
• Keep left and turn left after about 50 meters into the B13 / Leopoldstraße. Drive down that road for about 3,5 km until it turns into Ludwigstraße.
• Turn left into Von-der-Tann-Straße and drive about 600 meters.
• Turn right into Franz-Josef-Strauss-Ring, which turns into Karl-Scharnagl-Ring and drive about 350 meters.
• Turn right into Maximilianstrasse.
• The main entrance is on the right hand side, number 13 on the 3. floor.

Coming from Nuernberg (from the airport option 2)

• Take the A9 until the exit 76 – Munich Schwabing / Mittlerer Ring-Ost.
• Take the 2. Exit onto the Isarring towards Mittlerer Ring- Ost, follow it for about 2,5 km and turn right into Ifflandstrasse towards “Am Tucherpark”.
• Carry on driving down the Ifflandstrasse which turns into Widenmayerstrasse, Emil-Riedel-Straße and Oettingenstrasse.
• Turn right into Prinzregentenstrasse and keep right. Turn left at the junction into Franz-Josef-Strauss-Ring, which turns directly into Karl-Scharnagl-Ring which you stay on for about 350 meters.
• Turn right into Maximilianstasse.
• The main entrance is ont he right hand side, number 13 on the 3. floor

Coming from Salzburg

• Take the A8 till the exit München Ramersdorf (exit 92a München-Perlach)
• Drive onto Rosenheimer Strasse for about 2,9 km and turn left, to stay on that road.
• Turn right after Ludwigsbrücke onto Steinsdorfstrasse which you stay on for about 650 meters.
• Turn left into Maximilianstrasse.
• The main entrance is on the right hand side, number 13 on the 3. floor. Entrance:
• The entrance is on the south side of the building to the right of the entry of the restaurant Brenner.
• A nearby parking garage is located at the state opera (Staatsoper).

By Public Transport:

• Take the U4 from Munich central station towards Arabella Park or the U5 towards Neuperlach Süd till the stop Odeons Platz.
• Leave the underground towards Hofgarten and get onto Residenzstrasse until you reach Maximilianstrasse, where you turn left. Main entrance is number 13. Or:
• Take any metro from Munich central station towards Marienplatzt / Ostbahnhof.
• Leave the metro at Marienplatz towards the exit Dienerstaße and stay on it until you reach Maximilianstrasse.
• Turn right into Maximilianstasse. Main entrance is number 13.
