Office description
Grenseveien 92 is one of the most remarkable buildings in Oslo’s popular Helsfyr area. It was originally designed by the famous Norwegian architect F.S. Platou. Since its construction in 1966, it has undergone extensive rehabilitation. Today, large glass surfaces and good lighting conditions makes for a pleasant and inspiring working environment. Of course, the attractive view over the city and fjord, which can be enjoyed from several floors, does not hurt either. Facilities include meeting room centre, a welcoming canteen, an upgraded fitness room and cloakrooms with showers. The property is located within short walking distance to public transport, including metro lines 1, 2, 3 and 4, bus stops in several directions and the airport shuttle. By car, it is only 5 minutes to downtown Oslo and 25 minutes to the airport. Despite its proximity to the city center, the traffic and parking conditions are far superior to those in the city center.
