• Take the N7/M7 westbound from the Red Cow (exit off the M50),
• Then continue for approx 160km to exit 28 (signposted Limerick / Limerick city).
• At the roundabout on leaving the motorway, take the third exit, marked R455 Limerick city.
• You are about five minutes from the Regus centre at this stage.

• Take the third exit at the Annacotty roundabout, and follow that road for approximately two kilometres.
• The University of Limerick entrance is directly across from our main entance.
• We are located on the right at the Castletroy Park Commercial Campus.

By Air:
Shannon Airport (approx 20 minutes)

• Exit airport and take M18 southbound, and follow the M18 to Bunratty where it becomes the N18. Continue to follow the N18.
• At outskirts of Limerick city take Shannon tunnel.
• Once through the tunnel, you will emerge on to the M7 eastbound.Continue to exit 28 (signposted Limerick city).
• At the roundabout on leaving the motorway, take the third exit, marked R455 Limerick city. .
• Follow the R455 (old Dublin Road) for approximately one kilometre, you will pass over the River Shannon at Annacotty, and directly afterward you will come to the Annacotty Roundabout.
• Take the third exit and follow that road for approximately two kilometres.
• The University of Limerick entrance is directly across from our main entance.
• We are located on the right at the Castletroy Park Commercial Campus.

By Public Transport:

• The train and bus station in Limerick city regurarly service the route to Castletroy Park Commercial Campus.
• Please take any bus for University / Plassey and you will only be a short walk to the Regus centre.
