Introduction Fees
Our Clients can either use the online Search Engine to help find their ideal serviced office solution or can contact us directly to discuss their requirements. All online serviced office enquiries come directly to our consultancy team. After a thorough qualification process has been carried out, we will contact the respective serviced office companies with our Client's requirements and contact details. Fees will be invoiced on the successful introduction of our Client to your Company. Fees are based on the actual office rental agreement signed and exclude any service charges (i.e. telephone charges, meeting room hire, photocopier usage etc) that may be incurred throughout the tenancy. Our 10% Fee of the monthly contract value is based on the tenancy of our client; this is for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 12 months.
