New Soho Offices Filling Up Fast For Reflex

Reading Time: 2 minutes

The latest business centre launch by flexible office space operator Reflex is quickly proving to be a great addition to the operator’s London-based portfolio which has now reached the rounded figure of ten.

Located on Greek Street, just off Soho Square, the new offices are set within an attractive Georgian-style building. The business centre is fast establishing popularity with relocating businesses in the Soho area; despite being launched just one month ago, the offices are already half let.

Martin Sargeant of Reflex Solutions told Easy Offices’ news site: “The Greek Street building and location is the perfect way to jump into double figures for us. It’s barely a month since the building opened and we’re 50% occupied, which says a lot, given the tough time most of our competitors had during February.”

The property has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment that, while producing a contemporary working environment, has remained sympathetic to the building’s period character. Original, attractive features have been retained including cornicing and fire places, helping to create an elegant yet modern working environment.

Offering a prime Soho business address, clients are placed within close proximity of a number of underground links including Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden, Charing Cross station is also just a short walk from the building. Office suites range from 280-700 sq ft and enjoy air conditioning and high speed broadband lines. Clients also have access to Kitchen and break out areas.

Also, with all the building going on the last 5 or so years, I’ve been very much overwhelmed at the changing cityscape, but has the bulk of the new building been residential?
