Serviced Offices in London: The Property Consultancy and Serviced Office operator Ventia Ltd has added to its growing portfolio of serviced offices with three new additions in Central and Greater London. The new business centres include Queen Street, in the heart of Mayfair, The Glasshouse in Wimbledon and Brooke House in Uxbridge.

The three business centres add to the providers’ growing portfolio of buildings in Central London, Greater London, and the Thames Valley.

The Queen Street property is situated less then 30mentres from Ventia’s already established and popular business centre, Chesterfield House, which boasts the same Heritage building features combined with modern interior and prestigious surroundings. Queen Street is currently undergoing its final stage of refurbishment, but opportunities to view have already begun and the site will be opening to its first occupants on the 15th of June 2010.

Mark Williams, Sales and Marketing Manager for Ventia and responsible for the launch of the new Mayfair office, stated “Queen Street is a great opportunity to develop our presence in the W1 area and build on the momentum of the huge success already experienced with Chesterfield House where we continue to experience high levels of occupancy”.

Ventia’s new Uxbridge centre, Brook House, (seen above) boasts a high-tech, modern and secure premises with the added feature of extensive parking facilities. The centre is situated adjacent to the River Colne in natural surroundings; placing clients within an established commercial area on the western side of Cowley Mill Road, a stone’s throw from its junction with the A4007 Slough to Uxbridge Road, and only one mile south west of Uxbridge Town Centre.

The Glasshouse is a modern, extensively refurbished, secure premises providing fully fitted air conditioned offices, benefiting from an impressive entrance and on site car parking facilities. The Glasshouse is situated on the high street in Wimbledon Park, offering its occupiers all the many benefits and facilities of the local area accompanied with outstanding transport links into the city and Greater London.

Daniel Wheble, Director of Ventia Ltd who has overseen the launch of the new Uxbridge and Wimbledon offices, told me: “The centres have both recently undergone extensive refurbishment programmes, and now offer top quality offices with all the services and technology requirements to provide clients with a place to effectively run their business from.”
