Do we Charge a Fee?
No!
We are paid by the Office Companies if you take Office Space with them. This doesn’t cost you any more money if you go via an Agent. We are a part of the Sales process and will provide most companies with the vast majority of their sales leads, up to 90% in some cases.
We can also inform you of what offices have been sold for recently in the area so you know the quotes you are receiving are fair and appropriate.
