Regus’ latestĂ‚Â interim statement has revealed a decline in revenue.Ă‚Â
Ă‚Â
The global serviced office operator has suffered a decrease of 9.5% in revenue for the four months up to 31st October, compared to the same period in 2008. Ă‚Â Ă‚Â Regus revenues for the period were reported at Ă‚Ĺ332 million, a fall from the Ă‚Ĺ367 million that the leading provider of flexible office space solutions saw last year.
Ă‚Â
In August Regus posted its results for the six-month period ended June 30th, revealing a jump in net cash balance from Ă‚Ĺ211.2m to Ă‚Ĺ229.5m
Ă‚Â
During late September CEO Mark Dixon sold 10% of Regus Holdings.Ă‚Â The Financial Times reported that the move was in a bid to add liquidity to the company’s share float, which was being constrained.
