Definitions
Easy Offices (UK) is a trading name of Nuclei Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under number 3885236 whose registered office is at Ground Floor, Egerton House, 68 Baker Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8AL, United Kingdom.
The Operator refers to persons, firms or companies acquiring the services of Easy Offices or associated companies.
Marketing & Copyright
Easy Offices does not charge any fees associated for the marketing of offices on our website, a commission is only payable upon a successful client introduction.
The Operator by choosing Easy Offices to market their offices is granting permission & authorising the use of all marketing materials including images and that all copyright & reproduction permissions are the responsibility of the Operator and not Easy Offices.
All information provided through the Easy Offices website is the copyright of Nuclei Ltd. All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the infrastructure of the Easy Offices website, its design and internal organisation is the sole property of Nuclei Ltd. Unless expressly stated to the contrary by individual Website Owners the User may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print and distribute copies of information retrieved from the Easy Offices website provided the source and ownership of copyright in the information is expressly acknowledged on the copy. The User may not sell information retrieved from the Easy Offices website to any third party without the prior written agreement of the relevant Website Owner.
Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Nuclei Ltd.
Create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the content.
Redistribute any of the Content, including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service.
Remove the copyright or trademark notice from any copies of Content made under these Terms.
Fees
Fees are based on the actual office rental agreement signed and exclude any service charges (i.e. telephone charges, meeting room hire, photocopier usage etc) that may be incurred throughout the tenancy.
Our 10% Fee of the monthly contract value is based on the tenancy of our client; this is for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 12 months.
Commission shall be due as soon as the Operator receives a signed agreement from the customer.
Such commission payments will be payable within 30 days of the due date of the invoice.
Should the tenancy of a license change at all during the term and the subsequent fees from a particular customer increase or decrease, it is the responsibility of the Operator to inform us so invoices can be adjusted accordingly.
It is understood that any client, applicant or customer that are referred to you by Easy Offices or associated companies are solely for use of the Operator Company only. It may not be passed to third parties such as another agent, broker or business centre without the prior approval of Easy Offices and the applicant.
Change of Ownership/Insolvency
In the event of a sale or insolvency, commission payable in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be due and payable in full. It is the responsibility of the Operator to advise Easy Offices in writing to ensure the new owners are aware of future commission payments obligations to Easy Offices. Should a subsequent owner not agree to cover remaining commission obligations, then those payments will be due from the vendor.
Termination of Agreement
These terms and conditions shall be terminable with immediate effect by either party on receipt of written notice. Once the agreement is terminated by either party, a customer introduced by Easy Offices prior to the notice date will still warrant a fee.
