Canary Wharf Office Tower to be Built at 25 Churchill Place

Songbird Estates Plc has announced that construction will commence shortly on a new office tower in Canary Wharf. The building at 25 Churchill Place will be twenty storey’s and Songbird Estates, owners of the Canary Wharf financial area, have already pre-let 250,000 sq ft of space to the European Medical Agency, accounting for half of the buildings occupancy. According to Songbird the building has been designed with a number of innovative energy-saving features that will make it one of the most environmentally friendly in Canary Wharf.
