Forsyth Serviced Offices Offer Support to UK Entrepreneurs

Serviced office specialist Forsyth Business Centres has launched plans to help kick start a new British business boom through its UK-wide serviced office centres providing high quality, affordable office space without prohibitive leasing arrangements.

 

Forsyth Business Centres, part of  global property specialist Scarborough Group International Limited, has created the initiative with the hope of encouraging like minded entrepreneurs to capitalise on flexible, low cost office space.  It will offer desk space at an all inclusive rate of £100 per month for a desk, phone and IT connection to all entrepreneurial businesses of up to four employees at each of its 24 business centres.

In contrast to more traditional long term leases on property with additional overheads, Forsyth’s deal will see companies offered flexible terms from one to six months in shared offices on receipt of a deposit with call charges on top.
