MLS Group Plc has announced an official list of serviced office business centres that have been closed by the flexible office space operator, a total of 33 since the beginning of 2008. The money troubled office space firm has released the list following countless industry news reports, whispers and rumours of closing centres at locations across London and the UK.
Ă‚Â
Established in 1998, MLS business centres came into financial difficulties last year after which the Bank of Ireland put a stop to their banking facility with them. The company agreed a new banking partnership with HSBC in January this year but has suffered a substantial number of centre closures since then. MLS Group has gone through a major reorganisation in recent months with some of its subsidiary limited companies going into liquidation.
Ă‚Â
Most of the below business centres have been handed back to the Landlord, though MLS continues to operate a large business centre portfolio across Britain, China and India.
