New London Serviced Office Announced

Reading Time: 2 minutes

This summer will see yet another new London Serviced Office open, proving once again that the Capital is still the place to be for business and Office Provider’s alike. The location, historically known as Serjeants Inn dates back to the early 15th century and was occupied by the Serjeants of Law: the highest-ranking members of the English bar along with the King’s Counsel.

The original building was devastated by the Great Fire of London in 1666 and its replacement then gutted by incendiary bombs in 1941. The current building stands today in EC4A and features a wonderful 1900s façade complete with the Famous English Heritage blue plaque. The 6 storey building in Chancery Lane is located next door to Kings College at the junction with Fleet Street in the heart of the legal quarter and will be offering 21,500sq ft of prestigious, stylish serviced office space in June/July 2013.
