With a recent increase in enquiries for Office Space in Manchester we thought we would have a more in depth look at the some of the most popular districts and areas in Manchester. The area has always been popular with businesses and with fairly healthy competition amongst Office Companies the prices have never been more affordable. City Centre locations are normally the most popular for companies; the ease of transport links and centralised location makes it easy to recruit staff and to keep them entertained at lunchtime and after work. In Manchester though, there are several popular locations both with business and staff, we’ll look at them individually below:
Manchester City Centre.
Located within the Manchester Inner Ring Road and straddling the River Irwell the City of Manchester has a population of just under 12,000. With 4 mainline stations serving the City Centre transport routes are numerous for staff and the abundance of restaurants, cafes, and bars are sure to keep most employees happy. There is a large variety of Offices in the City Centre with prices and styles to meet all tastes and budgets.

Bordering Manchester City Centre to the North West and with a much larger population, Salford has a large number of historical Grade I and II buildings within its boundaries. The location would offer a better option for car drivers with better access routes in and out and many of the Offices we market have onsite parking.

Manchester Airport provides flights to over 200 destinations, more than any other in the UK and was the third busiest UK airport last year, catering for more than double the number of passengers that its closest non-London rival, Edinburgh Airport. The airport is also well served by The Manchester Airport Train Line and the M56.
