Britain’s largest serviced office operator, Regus Plc, has added three further properties to its dominating UK portfolio located in Southampton, Nottingham and London City.

The new Southampton offices are situated on Solent Business Park where  Regus has acquired 24, 000 sq ft of space.  Previously occupied by Kensington Mortgage Company, which was bought out by the South African bank Investec during 2007, the area will now be converted into fully serviced office accommodation.   The location benefits from direct access to the M27 and close proximity of Southampton International Airport.

In Nottingham Regus has taken over the running of City Gate East found on Tollhouse Hill.  Another casualty of the MLS fall out, these Nottingham serviced offices have been taken over from the failed operator.  Offering fully serviced office accommodation, some of the offices will benefit from panoramic views across the Nottingham skyline from the 6th floor location. Communication links from the business centre are strong, placing clients 10 miles away from the M1 motorway and a 10 minute walk from Nottingham railway station.

Finally, Regus has also announced that it has taken some fantastic space at the imposing Broadgate Tower building on Primrose Street in London City. Part of the major Broadgate development, the new serviced offices will benefit from stunning City views, high up on the 12th floor of this 540 foot tower!  Offering a sought-after EC2 business address, coupled with the recognition factor provided by the City’s third tallest building, these elegant serviced offices are sure to prove popular with companies looking to be near to the Liverpool Street area of the City.
