The Office Group To Expand Following Investor Buy Out

Serviced Office company The Office Group has announced expansion plans following a buy out of its investors.

Travelex founder Lloyd Dorfman has funded the management buy out of the operator’s previous investors Bridges community Ventures.

The deal brings The Office Group together flexible office space operator Esselco of which Dorfman is chairman. Esselco currently runs two business centres, both in central London.

The Office Group, which manages six centres in London and one in Bristol, have said that the deal will bring expansion plans for the company which is looking forward to bringing clients a broader array of locations and buildings and over the next year.

Both businesses continue to be run separately for the time being, with The Office Group remaining under the management joint CEO’s, Charlie Green and Olly Olsen. Green and Olsen founded the group in late 2003, both are previous employees of the UK’s second largest serviced office operator MWB.
