Expanding Serviced Office operator Citibase has added to its UK portfolio with the take over of a Coventry office space business centre.
Located on Lockhurst Lane, the building, which was formally managed by Novocrest, is situated to the north of the city centre. Citibase has staged an aggressive expansion during this early part of 2009; last month the operator took over management at four of Premier Office Holdings’ properties in Wolverhampton, Reading, Bristol and Birmingham having already taken control of a Milton Keynes business centre from MLS back in January.
