High-end serviced office provider Orega has appointed property specialist Alex Peers as a consultant to help drive its expansion into the London market.
Alex has more than 20 years’ experience of the capital’s property market gained through working at Allsop & Co, Farebrother, Maris Midtown and Asset Interiors, as well as running his own surveying business. He will apply his extensive knowledge in representing Orega in negotiations with landlords and funds throughout the capital and in helping to shortlist sites as possible business centres.
Orega, which was founded in 2000 by Zach Douglas and Paul Finch, has already opened three new business centres at Gatwick Airport, Birmingham and Manchester this year, adding to its five existing locations in the South East.
