Flexible office space operator Evans Easyspace has been playing host to the Prime Minister after Gordon Brown attended the launch of the company’s latest serviced office centre in Kirkcaldy.

The ~3.5m serviced office centre was officially opened last week, offering brand new, quality serviced offices to start ups and SMEs on the John Smith Business Park in Kirkcaldy, Fife.

A press release by Evans Easyspace reported that the Prime Minster was pleased to attend the event in his local constituency.  He commented: “I want to congratulate Evans Easyspace for this major investment in the John Smith Business Park and for their continued commitment to the Fife economy supporting business of all types and size. I also want to thank Fife Council for their continued development of this site. Fife works best when Fife works together and this is another good example of a public/private partnership approach that will pay dividends for business and individuals.“

The new business centre is equipped with 55 serviced offices ranging from 160 sq ft to 560 sq ft.  The property is expected to attract start ups and small to medium sized businesses from a range of industry. According to Evans Easyspace MD Tom Stokes the centre has already signed a number of clients from varying business sectors including transport, education and catering.
