Serviced Offices in York: Businesses across York are taking advantage of a new serviced office solution in the City – more than a month before it is due to open.
Forsyth Business Centres, part of Kevin McCabe’s global property specialist, Scarborough Group International Limited, have returned to Tower Court, Clifton Moor, following a five-year absence and have already secured a 20 per cent occupancy at the site.
Forsyth, who stepped in to help secure the future of the modern two-storey Tower Court building following the collapse of the now disbanded MLS Group, offer local businesses the option of a wide range of serviced office accommodation on flexible terms. And, although Tower Court is not due to open until September, businesses in the area have been quick to take advantage of Forsyth’s return, snapping up one-fifth of the building’s office space. Scarborough Group International will also be relocating to Tower Court from their existing York office.
David Harrop, Finance Director at Forsyth, said: “The fact that we already have a 20 per cent occupancy at Tower Court is testament to our excellent reputation for providing local businesses with our first class facilities and services. It shows that the presence of Forsyth will play a key role in both rejuvenating the area and assisting the development of local businesses.“
Tower Court offers a range of impressive office suites capable of accommodating between one and 20 people, located just two miles from York city centre. Forsyth’s move into York is the latest in a series of MLS rescues carried out by the company – reinforcing Forsyth’s rapid UK expansion.
