It is just a 25 minute drive to the city of Exeter and 15 minutes to the M5. There is ample parking available, and a choice of two meeting rooms available to hire..

A picturesque landscaped area to the rear of the building features a lake and grassed seating area. The park is in an elevated position with direct access to the M5. The Met Office, the main weather forecasting organisation for the United Kingdom and one of the most significant in the world, relocated to Exeter Business Park in early 2004 and is now one of the three largest employers in the area together with the University of Exeter and Devon County Council. We can offer disabled and limited onsite parking. Alternative parking is available at the Holiday Inn Express, which is a 5 minute walk away. They do ask for a payment of £3.50 at reception.
