The Business Centre is set on the site of a former event space and social club, which had fallen into disrepair. Following a crowdfunding appeal led by Parish Priest, Fr. Tom Smith, the goodwill of the parishioners financed the refurbishment and construction of a modern and well-equipped Business Centre. The centre has 7 fully furnished, purpose-built offices ranging from 156 – 320 sq ft, as well as a kitchenette and break-out area. In addition, the site offers its licensees a well-equipped meeting room which is free to use, as well as modern telephone handsets and high-speed broadband. There is both on-site parking and bike racks available. Access to the site is 24/7. The area of Bishopston is a stone’s throw from Bristol’s much loved Gloucester Road, which is home to a fantastic selection of independent shops and eateries. The building itself used to be a well known public swimming baths. The three floors have now been renovated to the highest standard, fitted out with 20 glass offices, The Hub area where you can find our breakfast buffet, coffee machines, ovens, microwaves, fridges and plenty of seating. Businesses based at this centre will benefit from a café/breakout area. Free hot drinks, filtered water and breakfast will be provided each day including fresh fruit platters. There is also a private Wellness Centre and Pilates studio providing daily fitness classes.
