Office description
The Lincoln Center is on the fourth floor of a premier office building in the business district serving Portland's growing southwest suburban cities of Beaverton and Tigard. Right next to Highway 217 and close to Interstate 5, it provides good access to Oregon's 'Silicon Forest', a nickname earned through the fact that more than 1,000 technology companies are based in the area. Indeed, the largest local employer is computer components manufacturer Intel, which has several campuses at nearby Hillsboro. Beaverton is home to the world headquarters of Nike and several well-known sportswear companies have a presence in the Portland area. The city's population growth has outpaced the national average and current estimates show that expansion - and that of its economy - will go on and on. Other industries well represented in Portland include brewing and publishing. Portland is the largest shipper of wheat in the US; its port is the third largest on the west coast. The Lincoln Center is minutes away from hotels, restaurants and shops.
