I spoke with Caron Salter-Hill,Ă‚Â sales and centreĂ‚Â manager for Targetspace’s Baskerville House.Ă‚Â Caron pointed out that although the plans will not directly affect Baskerville House, it is hoped that, if the regenerative scheme is given the green light it will help to encourage further interest from businesses considering a move to the city centre.Ă‚Â I asked Caron to describe the space at Baskerville House and she told me it was of a true “Grade A” standard.
