In 2008 Centrum Offices reported a record breaking performance, revealing the company’s best full year performance with turnover increasing by 11.4% from 2007.  Regardless of the downturn, the 1st quarter of 2009 also proved to be a lucrative start to the year for the Scottish operator, with office income increasing by 9.7% on the same period for 2008.

 

Centrum believes that the results demonstrate the company’s growing popularity with businesses looking for high quality, cost effective serviced offices and together with the “hard work and dedication” of staff.  Back in March Gillian Christie of Centrum commented on the company website: “The market was reasonably busy in January and February with enquiries but in March these initial enquiries are translating into office deals as people are putting in place their plans for 09.”  She added: “Serviced Office are proving a popular choice and we expect this high level of activity to continue for the foreseeable future.”
