Swing Space – Common Questions

If you’ve ever needed to renovate your Office Space or have a period of time before your new Offices are ready and face the prospect of being ‘Officeless’ then you may have already searched for a Temporary Office or as it is more commonly referred to: ‘Swing Space’.

Trying to run a business whilst the builders are in is far from ideal even if it is a possibility so Companies often look for Short Term Offices that can accommodate their staff quickly and easily and with today’s technology even connecting to remote servers or existing infrastructure is all a possibility.

1. What the minimum term for a Serviced Office?

Normally 3 months but we’ve negotiated much shorter contracts for companies. If you need something shorter term or on a rolling contract then speak to us and we can try and source this for you.

2. I need to connect to our Company’s server in a remote location – is this possible?

This is an increasingly common request and most Serviced Office Companies will look to accommodate you as they understand this is often a required need for today’s companies. If you let us know what your needs are we will look to put you in touch with the IT departments who will be able to answer any questions.

3. I need parking and lots of it – what are the chances?

Depending where you’re looking will depend on the amount of parking available, City Centre locations are normally harder to accommodate this request but again it’s not very often that we aren’t able to offer some sort of solution. If you let us know what it is you require in terms of numbers we’ll be able to tell you exactly what is available – additional parking spaces can sometimes be sourced through prior agreements for requests such as this.
