With 44 offices and 7 work shops available, the new centre was officially opened this week by local MP Paul Keetch who hopes that the development will help to bring new opportunities to the Hereford area. And, already over one third let, the new building is certainly proving popular with locals.

 

Mr. Keetch said: “I’m delighted to have been asked to perform this opening ceremony. The centre has the potential to create around 200 jobs, which is a major contribution to the economic wellbeing of Hereford, and will play an important part in sustaining the area during the current downturn.”

Flexible office space operator Evans Easyspace is managing the ÂŁ3m office space property working in partnership with Advantage West Midlands’ Rural Regeneration Zone and Herefordshire Council.  The building itself benefits from an onsite cafĂ© and has been designed with an eco-friendly approach, achieving a BREEAM rating of “very good”.  The property also offers an on site cafĂ©, free parking and meeting and training rooms.
