    This two-story glass and masonry building offers a low-key, neighborhood feel. There is a large atrium as one enters the building. Our center is on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator opening on the large, open reception area that overlooks the atrium. There are two office "wings": one is a large loop with the majority of the offices; the other wing is a smaller hallway with a few other offices. We provide a large "board room" that seats 10 around a conference table; more chairs can fit around the periphery. Another smaller conference room seats 6.Our center also has a work/copy/mail room a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink; we also offer free coffee, tea, and filtered water. There are also sodas and snacks available for purchase. All office rentals include all utilities (HVAC, electricity, Internet and telephone) as well as receptionist and janitorial services. Furthermore, we offer monthly, six-month and annual leases, as well as a special package for start-up businesses less than a year old.This center is conveniently located at the convergence of the cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, and is one-half mile from the region's major highway (Interstate 64).
