Commercial property agent Knight Frank has revealed that figures from its Regional Office Market Presentation suggest that 2011 office take up figures in Sheffield City Centre could beat those reported in 2010. The first half of this year showed a 77% increase on last year’s figures with a total of 154,340 sq ft of office space let.
