Business Environment has introduced a new networking group across its 18 serviced office centres to encourage tenants to get to know their neighbours!

The B2B NETWORKING group has been launched this month and is aimed at specific in-house networking, creating the opportunity for Business Environment clients to meet up at breakfast, afternoon or evening events. The get-togethers are totally free of charge and designed to be an informal style gathering, hosted by the business centre manager.

The new B2B NETWORKING has been introduced following a recent customer survey by the flexible office operator which highlighted an opportunity for the new events. Business Environment received very positive results from the substantial customer satisfaction survey but the company wishes to further improve upon its current client retention rate, already at an impressive 2 and a half years.

Becky Hursthouse, UK Client Retention Manager, commented that with so many “ready-made business opportunities” in the business centres launching an in-house networking group made sense. She added: “We think it will give our clients an opportunity to create lasting business relationships with other businesses on their doorstep”.
