Bizspace has been working to enhance security facilities at its three flexible office space business centres with the help of Manchester-based security installation specialist Corps Security and its partner, Keyways.
The two security companies have been appointed to provide remote CCTV and alarm monitoring, access control and concierge services at Bizspace’s three centres located in Preston, Blackburn and Rochdale. The new equipment will mean that offices will benefit from 24 hour remote security, 7 days a week, via the state-of-the-art Corps Monitoring Centre (CMC), located in Glasgow.
Monitoring and screening anyone entering one of Bizspace’s centres, the remote concierge service will provide offices with around the clock surveillance. From the remote CMC centre security staff are able to restrict building access through a combination of CCTV-based face recognition and a pre-defined list of questions to help identify clients and individuals.
Lisa Risk, Bizspace property director, commented: â€ÂBizspace provides the easiest, most flexible and cost effective way to occupy workspace in the UK. We recognise that security is incredibly important in keeping our clients and their property safe and have implemented a programme of continual improvement in this area of our business.
Following a tour of Corps Security’s CMC centre, Lisa added: â€ÂThere’s no doubt that the CMC sets a new benchmark in remote monitoring. Not only does it use the best technology on the market, it is also the smartest and well presented facility that I’ve ever seen.’
Eric Roberts of Corps Security CMC business development director, Eric Roberts added: â€ÂThe CMC is the most modern and truly independent third-party facility of its kind in the UK. Bizspace joins an ever growing list of companies that are benefiting from using it and I’m looking forward to developing our business relationship in the future.’
