Fasset Ltd has appointed a new engineering manager to head up its team responsible for supporting maintenance, contract management and small projects across the company’s national property portfolio.
Fasset is a facilities and property management company which currently manages several locations offering flexible and serviced office space in Langstone Technology Park in Havant, Hersham Technology Park and Caswell Science and Technology Park.
New engineering manager, Paul Weller, will be leading a team of seven skilled engineers responsible for driving value for money in facilities management for the company. Paul will also be overseeing new and ongoing projects across Fasset’s properties.
Paul brings a wealth of experience to the job having worked in various roles including project management and facilities management for several â€Âblue chip’ companies the likes of ColArt Ltd, Ultralife Batteries Corporation and Chemring Marine Ltd.
Speaking about his new appointment Paul commented: “Fasset is a dynamic company with exciting plans and developments in the pipeline and my challenge is to draw on the knowledge I have gained over the years, to lead and deliver the engineering requirements across the board. The engineering team has over 200 combined years of experience maintaining and managing a complex portfolio of properties and this role is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of that”.
