Ă˘â‚¬Ĺ›We recently let 10,000 sq ft of surplus space at King Street, SW1, on behalf of a client that faced a challenging short term lease disposal, with approximately two years remaining. APM negotiated a sub-lease for the full term on an all-inclusive basis to the British Institute of Technology and eCommerce (BITE). This deal achieved substantial cost-savings for the client and, at the same time, solved a requirement for BITE to find a turn-key managed office deal that included fit-out.
Ă˘â‚¬Ĺ›Such deals confirm there’s a healthy market for businesses seeking commercial property accommodation for one to five years and for between 20-100 people. This is a perfect match for buildings on which the lease only has a few years to run, yet are currently sitting empty.
