Serviced Office Operator Increases Meeting Bookings with RJmetis

Bookings for meeting rooms at Abbey Business Centres locations across the UK are on the increase thanks to the company’s recently developed online availability and price tool, based on RJmetis’s Meeting Rooms Online product. Visitors to the serviced office operator’s website can now check live availability and pricing of meeting rooms across the company’s network of thirteen centres across the UK.

Abbey Business Centres Marketing Manager James Fairlie said: ‘We wanted to make our website much more interactive and ‘sticky’, encouraging visitors to stay longer and engage with Abbey. Meeting room enquiries were hit by the recession in 2009, but the online availability and price tool has significantly improved interaction with site visitors and boosted bookings as a result.’

Meeting Rooms Online is designed to provide a ‘plug-and-play’ solution to business centres operating CentreCharge, enabling them to manage their meeting room bookings, availability and take payment online. Meeting Rooms Online can be tailored to display bespoke branding and colour schemes, creating a professional image and ensuring brand recognition.
