Avanta Hanover Square Serviced Offices Closed for Cross Rail Project

Serviced Office operator Avanta has lost one of its prize Mayfair business centres due to ongoing preparations for London’s Cross Rail Project.

 

The Government has compulsory purchased Avanta’s centre at 18 Hanover Square, however the operator continues to manage the grade II listed business centre at nearby number 20 Hanover Square.

 

The Government has taken over the property as part of London’s Cross Rail Project that will introduce a new high frequency rail system to the capital. 

 

Linking Heathrow Airport, the West End, the City and Canary Wharf the project promises to make travelling in London quicker and easier.  Designed to carry over 1500 passengers during peak hours, main construction is expected to commence in 2010 with completion due in 2017.
