Located in the heart of the West End business district, the new serviced offices will go some way to replacing Avanta’s 18 Hanover Square property which was recently purchased by the government amid preparations for London’s Cross Rail Project.

The new Mayfair business centre is currently undergoing refurbishment and is expected to open for business during mid-January.Ă‚Â The serviced offices are found on Dover Street with a W1S postal address and located within close proximity of both Green Park and Piccadilly underground stations.
